We collect the information you give us when you request service — your name, phone, email, vehicle details, the location of the vehicle, and photos or notes you attach — so that we can show up, fix your car, and keep you informed about the appointment.
Your location is used to compute drive times and schedule jobs. Vehicle identification numbers are decoded through the U.S. NHTSA public database. We don't sell your information. Service emails and text messages are sent only about your requests; you can turn them off from your account.
